Why We Built KiVi AI
In the traditional animation industry, producing even a few minutes of high-quality kids' animation requires a massive team, expensive equipment, and a cycle of several months. This deters countless talented storytellers and parents.
With the explosion of generative AI, the barrier to video generation has plummeted. But we quickly realized that general-purpose video models on the market aren't suitable for kids' content—their clips are too short, characters are inconsistent, and eerie or inappropriate visuals often emerge.
