1.3 Content Data (Input & Output): To function as an AI video generator, we securely process the text prompts, scripts, reference images, and audio you upload ("Input"), as well as the resulting animations and audio generated by the AI ("Output").

2. How We Use Your Information

KiVi Ai uses the collected data for various purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and monitor the usage of our Service.
  • To manage your Account and process your subscription payments.

  • To improve our AI models (only non-personally identifiable, aggregated prompt data is used for model fine-tuning, unless you explicitly opt out). All data used for this purpose undergoes strict de-identification and anonymization to prevent any privacy leaks during AI training.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information. We may disclose your data in the following situations:

  • Service Providers: We employ third-party companies (e.g., AWS for hosting, Stripe for payments, OpenAI/Anthropic for foundational AI models) to facilitate our Service. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
